Um…yeah.
At least she’s a big fan of the team that plays sports in the district that she represents!!1!
My guess is that Waters made the cut so as to have only one Republican in the Top 10. Gotta give them at least one…ya know, to not show that much bias. Even though all Republicans are evil and mean and rotting-death on their insides.
